HOW WE MAY WORK TOGETHER

As a consultant and fractional CMO, I work with founders, product, and marketing leaders to help with a range of commercial projects. My clients include Toast (public restaurant management software company), The New York Times (global leading media organization), Capsule (digital pharmacy startup), Starface (nationally distributed skincare startup), Full Sleep (hardware and software sleep technology startup).

  • I’ve spent many years working closely with product (digital and physical) to develop value props, positioning, and GTM strategy. This is some of my favorite work. I can work across your product and marketing teams to create and refine product roadmaps, conduct UXR, and identify key channels and launch plans.

  • Brand positioning work is most impactful when there’s alignment across internal stakeholders and it’s opinionated enough to be actioned on. I’ll collaborate with your leadership and marketing teams as well as any agencies or vendors to develop a brand positioning for your business or ideate on campaign ideas to help achieve your brand goals.

  • I find it really fulfilling to work with leaders of growing companies to workshop solutions to their greatest needs - whether that be batting around ideas, strategizing about org structure, finding ways to strengthen team dynamics, brainstorming about partnerships or tackling another topic that’s top of mind for them.   • I’ve negotiated commercial and brand partnerships with multinational public companies, media organizations, and startups and can help you make progress on deals that often have long sales cycles and require consistent follow-up.

  • I’ve led internal teams and external agency partners across growth and creative functions. I can partner with internal leaders to design collaborative processes and operations to reach your creative or performance marketing objectives. I’m also happy to work with teams on more hands-on projects - e.g. developing a creative campaign, experimenting with new growth channels, optimizing existing campaigns, running an RFP and onboarding new agency partners, etc.

  • I’ve led PR, internal comms, investor comms, and crisis comms for several organizations and can help develop your strategy for any of these functions and help produce or edit assets like press releases, company communications, investor decks.
